Welcome to Illujjin Studio ("Illujjin", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, or communicating with us regarding a project, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Illujjin Studio is a creative production studio specializing in, but not limited to:

  • 3D Animation

  • CGI & Visual Effects (VFX)

  • Motion Design

  • Product Visualization

  • Brand Identity

  • Advertising Content

  • Digital Design

  • Creative Consulting

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or hiring Illujjin, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or legally able to enter contracts.

  • You have authority to act on behalf of your company or organization (if applicable).

  • You agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Services

Each project is governed by:

  • A written quotation

  • Proposal

  • Contract

  • Statement of Work (SOW)

  • Email confirmation

These documents override these Terms where conflicts exist.

Illujjin reserves the right to decline any project for any reason.

4. Quotes & Pricing

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Quotes remain valid for 30 days.

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes unless specified.

  • Additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are payable according to the project agreement.

  • Late payments may delay project delivery.

  • Illujjin reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

Clients remain responsible for all bank transfer fees or payment processing charges unless otherwise agreed.

6. Project Scope

The agreed proposal defines the project scope.

Requests outside that scope—including revisions, new deliverables, additional animation, redesigns, or new concepts—may require:

  • revised pricing

  • revised timelines

  • a new agreement

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Supply required materials on time

  • Review work promptly

  • Obtain necessary rights for supplied assets

  • Respond within reasonable timeframes

Project delays caused by the client may affect delivery dates.

8. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions or major creative direction changes may incur additional charges.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Illujjin Ownership

Illujjin retains ownership of:

  • Concepts

  • Working files

  • Source files

  • Internal production assets

  • Proprietary workflows

  • Templates

  • Software tools

  • Pipelines

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights specifically described in the project agreement.

Ownership of editable source files is transferred only if explicitly included.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless prohibited by a written NDA or confidentiality agreement, Illujjin may display completed work in:

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Award submissions

  • Marketing materials

  • Presentations

This includes project images, videos, renders, animations, and client names.

11. Confidentiality

We treat confidential client information responsibly.

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information received during a project unless required by law or authorized in writing.

12. Third-Party Materials

Projects may include:

  • Stock assets

  • Fonts

  • Music

  • Plugins

  • Third-party software

  • Licensed content

Their use is governed by their respective licenses.

Clients are responsible for purchasing licenses where required.

13. Feedback & Approvals

Client approval constitutes acceptance of submitted work.

After approval, significant changes may require a new quotation.

14. Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith.

Illujjin is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Client delays

  • Third-party services

  • Software failures

  • Force majeure events

  • Internet outages

  • Hosting providers

15. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project at any time.

The client remains responsible for payment of:

  • Completed work

  • Hours worked

  • Purchased assets

  • Non-refundable expenses

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

16. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of creative services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Completed creative work cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds, if any, are at Illujjin's sole discretion unless required by law.

17. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy website content without permission

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Disrupt website functionality

  • Upload malicious software

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

18. Copyright

All website content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, animations, renders, and designs—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced without written permission.

19. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Illujjin makes no guarantees regarding:

  • uninterrupted availability

  • error-free operation

  • specific commercial outcomes

  • search rankings

  • business performance resulting from our work

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illujjin shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • lost profits

  • lost business opportunities

  • loss of data

  • consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected project.

21. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Illujjin harmless from claims arising from:

  • client-provided materials

  • copyright infringement by supplied assets

  • unlawful content

  • misuse of delivered work

22. Force Majeure

Illujjin shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters

  • war

  • labor disputes

  • government actions

  • internet failures

  • power outages

  • pandemics

23. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

24. Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Illujjin's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

25. Changes to These Terms

Illujjin may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on this website.
